Speed meets grain.
While shooting for the annual Billabong Japan snow event, BillaPark, the free expression session went down. Digital camera in hand, I fired away, capturing every trick and moment to build the event recap and media assets.
Then I remembered the Olympus Trip 35 tucked away in my bag. I raced to grab it, moved to the edge of the bowl, and just in time, snapped this hand plant by pro snowboarder Yoh Tanaka.
